Payment methods
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available for deliveries within the UAE only; please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a licensed payment provider on a secure page; we never receive or store your full card details.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order. Orders delivered outside the UAE are zero-rated for UAE VAT; customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the customer.
When you are charged
Online payments are authorised when you place the order; an order is processed only after the payment has been confirmed. Cash on Delivery orders are paid in full to the courier at delivery. If a payment is declined, the order is not confirmed and no amount is taken.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns or cancelled orders are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, within 7–14 working days. See our Exchange & Return Policy.
Security and verification
Your connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). To protect our customers we may verify an order by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel an order that cannot be verified. Special orders, corporate gifts and custom-made items may require a deposit, which is agreed in writing before work begins.
