Where is the project located?
The project began in Morocco, with plans to expand in the future to the UAE and other markets.
What is WIDAD DXB STYLE?
A brand combining Moroccan products with Emirati elegance, with a focus on fashion, perfumes, incense, heritage products, and gifts.
Are the products Moroccan?
The website includes selected Moroccan products, along with products and designs inspired by the Emirati style and collections that combine both cultures.
Can products with a special design be ordered?
Some design and customization options are available depending on the type of product and availability.
Do you offer corporate gifts?
Yes, gift sets can be prepared for companies and institutions according to order.
Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your orders and reorder faster.
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE, plus the online payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer discount codes?
When you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Coupon code” box on the cart or checkout page before confirming your order.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across the UAE, to all GCC countries and internationally. See Shipping & Delivery for times and charges.
How long does delivery take?
UAE: 2–4 working days. GCC: 5–10 working days. Other countries: 7–15 working days, counted from dispatch.
How much is delivery?
AED 25 within the UAE (free for orders of AED 300 or more), AED 75 to GCC countries and AED 150 elsewhere.
How can I track my order?
We email you when your order is dispatched. You can also use the Order Tracking page or My Account.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, for deliveries within the UAE.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in the original packaging. Opened fragrances, bakhoor, dukhoon and jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. See Returns & Exchanges.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
We are sorry. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund you in full.
How long do refunds take?
7–14 working days after the return is approved, to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

How do I choose my size?
Use our Size Guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and we will help.
How should I care for my abaya or hijab?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and label. In general, wash modal and jersey hijabs gently in cool water and lay them flat to dry, and dry-clean embroidered abayas.
